1. Product Scope and Core Features


This specification covers the 2.76-inch integrated touch display module, a purpose-built interactive display component developed by Tianxianwei Technology for a wide range of interactive terminals. It features a native 480×RGB×480 resolution, with the display driven by the Sitronix ST7701SN main control IC. Touch Unit Attributes

The touch section adopts a G+F stacked structure, equipped with the CST830 touch driver IC and an I2C communication interface. The touch layer delivers 85% visible light transmittance and a 6H surface Mohs hardness. All dimensions without marked tolerances are controlled at ±0.20mm by default.


A general design recommendation for complete machine integration is that the touch panel window should reserve a 0.3~0.5mm margin on each single side relative to the LCM effective display area, to avoid touch dead zones at the edges.

TFT DC Electrical Parameters


The I/O domain power supply (IOVCC) allows an operating range of 1.65V~3.3V, with a typical supply value of 1.8V. The power supply (VCI) for the built-in DC-DC conversion circuit of the driver operates in the range of 2.5V~3.3V, with a typical supply value of 2.8V.


Backlight Unit Characteristics

This module uses an edge-lit backlight scheme with 4 built-in white LED chips. The LED forward voltage ranges from 5.4V to 6.6V, with a typical forward operating current of 80mA. After stacking the LCD and CTP layers, the overall brightness is minimum 450cd/㎡ with a typical value of 500cd/㎡, and the minimum brightness uniformity requirement is 80%.


The nominal service life of the LED is defined as 20,000 hours. This lifetime benchmark is determined under the operating condition of 20mA current per single LED, when the overall module brightness attenuates to 50% of its initial value. If the operating current of a single LED exceeds 25mA, the actual backlight lifetime will decrease to varying degrees.

    After all tests are completed, the product must maintain full normal functionality. No defects such as missing segments, short circuits, blurry display, non-display state, display abnormality or liquid crystal leakage are allowed.
